"After overcoming the odds with Mr Atreya’s team, I had chance to have talked with him. He found to be professional and apologetic for his client on behalf of his unprofessional staff that misguided me during my premium purchase process. I have wasted my time and money because of misleading information. I must thanks Mr. Prakash who helped me during the edge regarding my doubts and concerns with the misinformation that I received from one of the staff whom I don’t want to mention. I wish good luck to the team for their professionalism and better communication and try not to mislead the client onwards."

"Not very impressed with them at all. They keep making promises and never deliver (i.e. we'll look into this and call you back right away or today, never did). My account has been suspended twice because they aren't able to do a simple thing. We just got a notification from DMV stating that they'll suspend the driver license and license plate due to lack of insurance coverage, when we've had coverage all along and had paid up to date. We kept calling these folks (Nirmal Atreya group), someone say I will fix that for you right now and call you back, they never do. Not worth the headache. Find yourself another insurance agent or agency. I am reporting them to State Farm as well. This has happened to us three times now. Unacceptable and highly NOT recommended."

"When other insurance agents refused to even consider my new home address, Rizul at Nirmal Atreyas Insurance Agency was able to quote and bind a policy for me in a matter of hours. (Of course, the fact that Rizul was familiar with the neighborhood and the property in question helped a lot; it just goes to show how crucial it is to work with someone who knows the area.)
