"Not very impressed with them at all. They keep making promises and never deliver (i.e. we'll look into this and call you back right away or today, never did). My account has been suspended twice because they aren't able to do a simple thing. We just got a notification from DMV stating that they'll suspend the driver license and license plate due to lack of insurance coverage, when we've had coverage all along and had paid up to date. We kept calling these folks (Nirmal Atreya group), someone say I will fix that for you right now and call you back, they never do. Not worth the headache. Find yourself another insurance agent or agency. I am reporting them to State Farm as well. This has happened to us three times now. Unacceptable and highly NOT recommended."
